So today was our second morning waking up in Denmark. The sun was shining and everyone was looking forward for our trip to Århus. We left for Århus from the school around 8.30. Århus is about 120 kilometers away from Vejen so the bus ride took over one hour.
When we arrived in Århus, everyone walked out of the bus straight to the Den Gamble that is a "fake" old town in Århus. Sadly one person from our Finnish group had a brief accident the previous night so she couldn't see the place. Den Gamble is a place where they have tried to recreate old houses and places from different eras in Denmark. The idea is to go into these houses and see in what places different people from different eras have been living in.
At 11.45 we left the Den Gamble and travelled by bus nearer to some shopping areas. After getting out of the bus we got some sandwiches for lunch and then we headed into a shopping center. We didn't actually spend a long time in the shopping center. Most of the time we had we just toured the city with our international group. We lost the way a few times but after all we got back to the bus alive.
