Wednesday 22.1.2020, Day 3

We went to the school at 8.35. Our bus to Vääräjoki Elämystila in Rautio left at 8.40. The bus ride took about 30 minutes, the trip was long and the roads were icy.

When we got to Rautio, the owner told us something about the Elämystila place. After that we went to eat some sweet buns and had juice.

After eating we put on some warm clothes and went outside. We were separated into two groups. One group went to see a bridge and walk in the woods while the other group tried tandem skiing and snowshoeing. We did that for a while and then we switched places.

After the activities we went inside to have lunch. There were a variety of breads and delicious salad. Most of the group ate soup with beef, pork and moose, vegetarians had a vegetarian version. After eating proper food we had some dessert. After eating we went outside and played some games.

After we had spent time in  nature we went to the smoke sauna and outdoor hot tub. We listened to music and had fun together. After Sauna we ate some delicious pancakes and sausages. We still had some free time before the bus left so some of us went to the cottage to sing  karaoke. We sang some old Finnish songs for the visitors and also some English songs together. After that it was time to leave Rautio. 

We took the bus back to our school. Then we went home. At around 7 pm we went to Alina’s place, we played  games, talked and played ‘spin the bottle’. After that everyone went home.
